if we had to present a bottom line - it would be - the kidneys are a
delicate filtration system - dont beat on them daily and expect to get
100% efficiency - or - be nice to your kidneys - not sure what that

note - the kidneys have small 'ball and chain' type structures -
problem with either the ball or the chain can cause protein to spill
