they want maximum of 30 minute response time to fires on a National
Wildlife Refuge near Atlantic City NJ - but the only dedicated fire
staff they have is in Cambridge MD and Sussex NJ - and its only 4 or 5
people
there are some comments in this document from the FMO which are interesting
overall - they mostly protect marshlands - and they dont really seem
to care if it all burns or not - they might even think that it would
be better if it all burned
