note - seems that police and fire both have 1 dispatcher on duty
note - seems they have at least 3 cops on road patrol at 2 am
note - maybe they could train all cops and DPW as exterior
firefighters - maybe both police and fire could be dispatched by
Barnstable County - at least in the winter - in the middle of the
night
