note - russia sent 2 letters to fbi warning about the terrorists -
boston fbi checked them out and said they were fine - then 3 jewish
kids were killed in waltham - very few details were released to the
public - turns out that one of the bombers was best friends with 1 of
the dead kids - no police ever made the connection
then the bombing happened - iirc the fbi knew who it was long before
they told the public - they just kept pleading for tips
note - the fbi swat team was not working during the bombing - how do
we know that? - because bpd commissioner davis said the first thing he
did was call the fbi and ask their swat team to respond
