look at the very first budget - Dept of Aviation - they spend $1.1M
but bring in $3M - for a PROFIT of $2M per year - and they pay the
arff / mtnce guys only $35K per year
what is $400K for "other expenses" ? - lol lol
they pay $140K per year to US Customs - say what?
