2022 - they billed $2.6M in ambulance fees
and the FD budget shows as $1.7M for 2023 per

damn sure that all $2.6M in ambulance fees goes to the FD since the FD
runs the ambulances
therefore the FD is spending 4.3M per year - that should give them 43
full time staff - not 8
what the hell? where is the money going?
