would it be possible to add 20 more repeaters on interstitial channels
- probably yes
could they be interstitial channels at 151 mhz and 159 mhz? between
cal fire channels? probably yes - they need to do some radio
engineering and find some low level sites near the ocean - they could
probably add 100 more channels - they are a rural mountainous county
right on the ocean - they should have millions of available vhf high
band channels
they should probably try to add 5 more sites per year
San Luis Obispo County - they probably have significant wildfire,
earthquake, flooding, and tsunami threats - never can have too many
repeater sites yadda yadda
