million dollar question - is this a good distribution of resources?
would boston be better off with 1 trauma center vs 5 trauma centers?
where are the studys? where are the reports? where is the guidance
from State OEMS?
question - how often are helos grounded? maybe 30 days per year due to storms?

note - 3 or 4 trauma centers do not have helipads
would be nice to have a mapping program that could find 1 location in
boston that is within 5 (road) minutes of the largest number of people
