Re: discussion of the hair evidence in the karen read case

https://t.co/68STYoTjiE - 39:04 on tape maybe

let me try to recap

1. 1 hair found on back bumper of Karen Read's SUV

2. hair placed in evidence bag and labeled as 'possible hair'

3. State Police Lab looks at hair and agrees it is a hair or a human hair

4. Prosecution claims the hair has been 'confirmed' to be a hair or
human hair or something - they are literally AND figuratively
splitting hairs here

5. Defense states that Lab tech failed her hair analysis proficiency test

6. someone did a DNA test but could not find any DNA

7. Defense then claims it is not human hair

8. Prosecution claims it probably is a hair but unknown what type of hair

Background - 210 lb guy hit by SUV and apparently the only DNA found
on the SUV is from this one hair - which might not actually have any
DNA

this video really needs a word by word transcript - complete with
stressed and unstressed syllables - we have not done that yet - this
is just the 2nd time we have watched this court session

very very strange stuff - imagine being dragged into court as a poor defendant
