heard today via broadcastify
think we heard an interstate call go out as between XX onramp and XX offramp
structure fire went out for 2 BC + 4 Engines + 2 trucks - turned out
to be unattended food - all units were cancelled except Engine 21 and
Truck 21 - aka balance of assignment was cancelled - this incident was
assigned TGs 9 Delta / 9 Echo
building fire call - at the end at 847 am edt - engine 35 and truck 35
and batt 5 picking up - command turned over to engine ?31?
building fire - "IC" - "Fire Attack" - "Exposure Group" aka
"Exposures" - "Truck 35 Engineer" - 757 am edt signal went bad - 758
am edt "unreadable" - come to IC for face to face - (did sound kinda
digital - had nozzle flowing inside bld iirc - maybe a partial dead
spot also) - 807 am edt - some message cut off at end
highway accident call - "805 IC" - that is Interstate 805 probably -
"Medic 43" was given instructions to pull up beyond the car
calls are dispatched via computerized voice - ems calls get just one
engine - apparently ambulances are not dispatched by this computer
voice - apparently they are dispatched on some other system - or San
Diego does not send ambulances on initial responses - have heard about
6 ems calls so far and no ambulances were sent - just 1 engine was
sent to each call
most EMS calls get sent to TGs 7 Echo / 7 Foxtrot
