yesterday - in san luis obispo county in southern california
seemed to be just one channel on the scanner feed - it seemed to be
the main channel - calls were paged out on the channel - and units
went to the calls on this channel - and the IC on the brush fire
talked to "City Fire" (the dispatcher) on this channel - mutual aid
coverage units talked to the dispatcher on this channel also
the channel was typically called "City Net"
field units heard were - Battalion 1 - Truck 1 - Medic Rescue 1 -
Engine 62 aka CDF Engine 62 (maybe a cal fire or county engine) -
Engine 5 (a spare engine staffed by offduty FD members) - Engine 6
(also a spare engine staffed by offduty member) - Engine 20 (maybe a
calfire engine) - one OES unit was also heard
all comms seemed to be via a repeater (FB2) - and all comms were loud and clear
