https://www.youtube.com/live/-fo9yS70gXk?si=C6ecN0T0pWCZZyVQ - this
video delves into the situation
let me try to explain it in a couple of sentences
1. detective bukake (not real name) goes into bathroom at courthouse
2. turtleboy goes into same bathroom
3. nothing was said or maybe something was said between the two - no
one else was there apparently
4. bukakke leaves bathroom
5. turtleboy whips out cellphone and fakes a question to bukakke
6. later turtleboy posts the fake video all over the internet
7. norfolk county DA goes to a judge and gets a warrant based on the
video - the charge is invasion of privacy or illegal recording or some
such thing
8. turtleboy gets arrested
9. now turtleboy claims he trolled bukakke and the norfolk county DA
with a fake video causing them to illegally arrest him
=========================
question - if bukkake saw he was being filmed in the bathroom by
turtleboy - and if bukake saw that he was being filmed while being
asked a question or whatever - wouldnt bukake immediately have
arrested turtleboy? wouldnt have bukkake at least have yelled at
turtleboy or told the court officer who was sitting right outside the
bathroom?
so if bukake never had any inkling that he was being filmed in the
bathroom - why did the norfolk county DA go to the judge and get a
warrant? didnt anyone ask bukakke if the incident actually happened?
(yup - spending way too much time on this) (but it is related to
openness and transparency and police corruption and governmental
oversight etc)
nothing about this makes much sense
