gonna guess that bpd ch 800-1 and 800-2 are used by the gun cars or
the K9 cars - if they have 1 north and 1 south - then they could maybe
listen to 800-1 or 800-2 to hear all the channels that they need to be
listening to - if 800-1 repeats north channels and 800-2 repeats south
channels lets say
