PSAPs in NH as of 2023 - per fcc

4670 seems to be the main PSAP at Concord NH - other PSAPs have been
added 'recently' at Tilton PD + State / Belknap + Cheshire County
Sheriff + Hanover PD - there are also 2ndary PSAPs at Lakes Region
Fire + Goffstown Police + Capitol Area Fire + Portsmouth Naval
Shipyard in Maine

seems very odd - iirc Concord PSAP does the primary calltaking and
then sends a text message / email with the info to the local dispatch
point - which can be anywhere on the planet basically

unknown why tilton pd has a psap - they might dispatch 5 small PDs

unknown why cheshire county sheriff has a psap - except that maybe
they dispatch 20 small PDs in cheshire county

unknown why the state has a psap at laconia

unknown why Hamover PD has a PSAP except that they might dispatch for
20 small FDs and EMS in NH and VT

unknown if these other PSAPs handle just wireless calls to 911
