Rescues and Public Aid within the scope of its respective area of

Attend to accident victims, seeking to provide adequate immediate help
and ideal conditions of transport to hospitals; in order to avoid the
aggravation of injuries and improve the survival conditions of the
injured person.
The service is focused exclusively on trauma such as: traffic
accidents, run overs, wounds by firearms or bladed weapons, burns,
burials, work accidents, or even clinical problems with imminent risk
of life.

this is one of the barracks in the capital - note how they are focused
exclusively on trauma BUT they also handle critical clinical (?
medical - non trauma ?) problems
this seems to be the same as the French situation - FD handles trauma
and SAMU handles medical
and Rio seems to have these emergency numbers - 192 for SAMU + 193 for
Fire - have seen those numbers on some rigs in 2024 ish Google street
