44 mjz + 155 mhz + ? uhf + 800T + 700 T + lots of 700 mhz conventional repeaters
you could probably cover the whole state with 100 low band repeaters
or 150 vhf repeaters or 200 uhf repeaters or 500 700/800 repeaters -
take your pick - but that would be for mobile radio coverage only -
portable radios would work like crap in most locations - especially
indoors
