info from 2024 budget and 2025 budget - they have some sort of weird 2
year budget cycle

Marine Patrol getting a new $3.6M aircraft

State Police spending $516,000 for 290 new tasers - also the Dive Team
is getting 13 new air supplies and 13 new dive computers and a new
truck - replacing 8 sniper scopes - replacing 310 rifle mounts -
Evidence Collection team is getting a new thermal drone and maybe a
2nd drone

Warden Service is getting 130 new handguns and 130 new armor plates for vests

Fisheries and Hatcheries has 57 fulltime staff

DOT has 741 fulltime staff plus 975 FTE - FTE is apparently part time
staff that can be added up as fulltime staff - like 2 half time people
is equal to 1 fulltime person - we might have misunderstood what that
info is - there is no explanation in the state budget apparently

Fleet Services under DOT has 25 staff and 126 FTE - ???

Fire Protection Services Commission budget went from $2.000 to $2M - ????

Capitol Police are adding 1 Sgt and 1 Detective and renaming from
Watchmen to Security Officer screener - tota; staffing is approx 15
people

Fire Marshall has approx 39 full time staff
