MCI procedure in NJ

somethings can be done in a MCI that usually require a MDs order - not
sure what they are - but thats what it says

COMMUNICATION 1. Within the scope of a Mass Casualty Incident, the EMS
provider may, within the limits of their scope of practice, perform
necessary ALS procedures, that under normal circumstances would
require a direct physician's order 2. These procedures shall be the
minimum necessary to prevent the loss of life or the critical
deterioration of a patient's condition 3. All procedures performed
under this order shall be documented thoroughly
