actually - looks like Redding to Sacramento to coast

Strong Storms and Heavy Rain in Southwest and Plains; Heavy Rain For
Puerto Rico From Karen

Strong to isolated severe thunderstorms, heavy rain and flash flooding
is possible across the Desert Southwest (Flash Flood Watches in
effect) and the corridor of Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Karen continues to move north, away from
Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, but heavy rain, flash
flooding and mudslides remain a concern.
