Apparently Dorian only caused the evacuation of a 100 people. Damage
was minimal apparently. Its long out of the news now. But a shift of
25 or 50 miles to the west would/could have destroyed most of Florida.
Some medical care facilities were evacuated. Apparently that went OK.
I have not seen any major news stories about deaths due to
evacuations.
