Ireland Ambulance covers the entire country (except for Dublin) from
100 locations - they have 2 dispatch centers - there are also 266
volunteer community first responder groups (with 1,800 AEDs) - the
vols are dispatched by the 2 ambulance comm centers
in Dublin the FD runs the ambulances
