seems that Legane FD with 72 firefighters merged into the Madrid State FD
they seem to have very meager fire departments outside of Madrid proper
Navalcanero has a population of 28,0 yet apparently has no fire station - and they are 9 miles from the closest station - over 35 mph roads (maybe)
