at 10728 you will hear Eng 58 request a rescue assignment
at 10824 the call is announced - Rescue Alarm 58-31 on FG4 - MVC with
entrapment, Eng 58, Medic 9 on scene, (adding) Truck 21, Squad 26,
Rescue 1, BC6, BC EMS, EMS 6
Squad 26 is a Engine/Rescue
somehow a 2nd amb was at scene
2 transported
ambulance crew has turnouts in back of ambulance
looks like a car hit a parked pickup truck somehow headon
possible weak initial dispatch - weak initial alarm - insufficient
dispatch - deficient first alarm - deficient initial dispatch
surely the 911 call reported 2 injured people - maybe the 911 call did
not mention entrapment since damage was not major to car - maybe no
one went outside to see how many people were hurt
