apparently "Norfolk County Control" (NCC) is responsible for
coordinating fire mutual aid for Quincy
NCC was heard asking Boston to send Boston fire companies to Quincy
during a recent fire - on 483.2875R
irc NCC was also heard sending mutual aid to Braintree
maybe NCC also coords for Weymouth, Miton, Randolph, Dedham, and
Needham - but not Brookline - all communities in Norfolk County
seems very confusing
