https://www.amarillo.gov/home/showpublisheddocument?id=16976

2018 standards of cover report

233 pages chock full of information

they respond on automatic aid to the Pantex Plant which is way out of
town - they also respond to approx 25 hazard sites outside of the city

1990 they switched from minipumpers to 4 man companies

they do ALS from their pumpers apparently

airport has 4 man Engine 10 plus 3 crash guys

this report seems to be very thorough - it is part of accreditation
process - have not read most of it yet - will be interesting to see
what they say about response times

this is a city of 200,000 with two 500 bed hospitals - but they dont
have a real trauma center - just level 3 and 4 - ????? - worcester
mass has pop of 100K and they have a Level 1 trauma center -
springfield mass has approx 150K and they have a level 1 trauma center
also - maybe the suburbs are meatier in Massachusetts - catchment area
pop wise
