guy breaks into cruiser in driveway then breaks into cops home and
steals gear and plays on radio ... cop was not home
silly me ... I would be afraid of getting shot when breaking into car,
AND when breaking into home, AND when playing on police radio ... BUT
NOT THIS 'RANDOM' DUDE
