shooter crashed car and started shooting ... cops responded and drove
past shooter in parking lot ... shooter got into school via door left
open by panicked teacher who was calling 911 ... 3 or 7 cops
immediately followed shooter into school ... later, there were 19 cops
in hallway outside classroom ... they did not enter because they
thought all the kids were dead ... 911 was getting calls from kids in
the room but maybe did not tell the cops in the school
DPS director gave press conference today ... he took questions ...
seemed he was trying to be truthful imho
note .. this is not a word for word exact transcript of a 1 hour press
