They would, but this was a Latino community, and a Latino police
force, maybe they do it their own way, like a cultural thing, sad to
say, and they did not live up to the way we do it as Americans in
America. Those poor, poor children. Their police chief was looking
more after his own policemen rather than the vulnerable and helpless
children. He sacrificed them.
