they have 4 temporary repeaters - we are not really sure how they are
operated - possibly the Dispatch Center has the ability to transmit
into the input side of the temporary repeaters - maybe not - if the 3
remote bases also operate as remote FX1s - then we can see how easy it
would be to add 1 more tone and be able to access the temporary
repeaters - such as -
remote base >>> 164.625 >>> into Meeker Portable Repeater
the dispatcher would hear the Meeker Portable Repeater by switching
the remote base to receive on 173.675
another possibility is that the dispatcher would interact with the
Meeker Portable Repeater by operating simplex on 173.675 - but that
raises the real possibility of not being to reach all (or any) units
at the scene
