using microsoft windows 11

windows 11 tells me that it has a new video processing program called
clipchamp iirc - we open it up - go thru a couple of steps - arrive at
the video processor or whatever - we look for an overview of the
purpose of the program - and we look for instructions for using the
program - and there is NEITHER
