too many people waving their arms around
sampiloc and west tondo both have 3000 gallon tankers - and there were
1 or two other big tankers along the way
looks like someone sent them down a dead end street lol
you can see how the streets are very narrow - and there is lots of
concrete construction - a massive earthquake or tsunami would be a big
problem
