per pg 221 of 250 - uscg auxiliary aviation branch is staffed by
volunteers who provide their own aircraft - virtually all have 2 VHF
AM radios - all are required to have 1 VHF FM radio
not sure if the FM radio would be a marine band radio or a uscg aux
radio - it is not specified on page 221
