Blue Channels (UHF repeaters) - and - VHF Repeaters

the uhf channels are used for dispatch and response - but I dont think
that they are used for fireground (FG) comms at all
the VHF repeaters are used for command ops on large area ops iirc
there are other vhf simplex channels that are used for FG comms -
there are no feeds for those channels yet - perhaps LACOFD does not
have the ability to provide console patches of those channels - we
dont think that the dispatchers ever transmit on the vhf fg channels
unless there is an extreme emergency
we listened to v5 from 9 am to 10am ish edt - nothing heard - no tests
