police arrived 3 minutes after stringer - fd 3 minutes after police -
ambulance 3 minutes after FD
victim shot in belly but conscious - maybe some sort of romantic dispute
the shooting happened after the crotch rocket crash incident - just
scroll thru the tape till ya see the ninjas - then the shooting is
after that - maybe 1.5 hours into the tape
