5.5 minute video at the 'murder' scene
apparently the commonwealth is claiming that karen read backed up at
high speed - struck john okeefe in the roadway - sent him flying 12
feet - but just broke 1 tailllight and just left 1 hair on the bumper
- with no other damage to the vehicle - autopsy showed that okeefe had
multiple fractures of head with large laceration on rear top of head +
abrasions on 1 arm (dog attack) + bruised right hand (punched someone)
- but no other injurys
if that is actually what the state is claiming happened - and if those
are the real results from the autopsy - then is quite obvious that
this case is messed up in a major way
john okeefe was 210 lbs and 6 foot or 6 foot 2 iirc
the speed of the car might be questionable - with snow on ground -
maybe top speed was not 27 mph - can they crossreference the on board
black box and maybe a cellphone track? that should give a solid
readout on the real speed and path
okeefe body was found near that fire hydrant apparently - but maybe 12
feet from the road
