I smelled smoke and it turned out to be a fire! I arrived before the
fire engines so I quickly started filming.
While I was riding my bike, the road ahead was somewhat hazy and I
smelled smoke.
I heard a crackling sound coming from the building, but since this
facility is an incinerator, I wondered if this was normal, and then I
heard a fire truck siren in the distance.
A few minutes later, a siren sounded to summon the fire brigade. (volunteers)
I was sure that a fire report had been made.
Then, fire trucks arrived one after another and started working.
I couldn't see them doing firefighting work, and I didn't know the details.
There have been fire reports at this facility in the past.
