Fire station study for Linyi City in China

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/322998903_Study_on_Urban_Fire_Station_Planning_based_on_Fire_Risk_Assessment_and_GIS_Technology

approx 10 page report

internet shows that the population of the Lanshan District (central
city) of Linyi City in Shandang Province is 1.1 million

the study (from 2017) recommended adding 4 fire stations to the
existing 6 fire stations

Considering that all of their main streets are probably very wide and
straight and level - then maybe 10 stations is all that they need -
off course they probably have 5 units in each station - so it is
equivalent to 50 USA fire stations

the study was very simple - high risk areas must be reached in 2
minutes - all areas must be reached in 5 minutes - road speeds vary
from 30 to 60 (km/hr) - which is below the design speeds / speed
limits
