equipped M.I.C.U. (Mobile Intensive Care Unit)? Our MICU team has the
advanced tools and training to provide the highest level of ground
transport available. The MICU team is ready and available 24/7 to
transport critically ill and injured patients to the proper facilities
needed for definitive care. In addition to routine BLS/ALS ambulance
equipment, our MICU ambulance is outfitted with advanced airway
management devices, a cardiac monitor with temperature and invasive
pressure monitoring capabilities, a ventilator, and IV pumps. This is
just one more way DMAFD proudly serves DTW and our surrounding cities.
