230 pm - E2 and E4 at scene - cancel E3 and E1
initially dispatched as E35 and E45 and OES3344 or some 4 digit number
and Eng 1 - guessing that 35 and 45 are the TY3 engines at Sta 3 and
Sta 4 - but they didnt go to the scene - ??? - no idea what the deal
is with the OES engine
