I think they use the same dispatch policy as prince George County MD
.... each station is alerted for 1 unit ... any other units that have
a crew can also respond from that station

bottom line ... 5 minutes to get fire unit on road ... maybe 7
minutes for 2nd unit ... 12 minutes to announce as electrical fire ...
12 minutes to send additional units ... 13 minutes to announce as
working fire but on wrong floor
