if they knew the private hydrants were no good ... why was there a 7
minute delay?
seems like it would be a good idea to have the first engine start fire
attack with tank water and then have the 2nd engine reverse lay to the
good hydrant ... or ,,, have the first engine drop their feeder and
have the 2nd engine 'pick it up' ... which they were doing back in
1982 ... maye they dont do that anymore ... oh well
