158.91 was patched to 460.35

can confirm that Boston Ch 1 ( 460.35R ) was patched to 158.91 today
for the 4th of July concert

or to be more accurate - 158.91 was carrying radio traffic that
sounded identical to 460.35 traffic - we ddint use 2 scanners at once
to confirm the patch - but we did listen to 460.35 R earlier - and to
158.91 later - and they both had the same dispatchers and the same
units handling road blocks for the Esplanade event

so - in theory - someone must have been listening via the VHF highband
side of the patch - maybe FBI or USCG or ICE or Customs or DHS or or
MEMA or DEA or TSA or FAA or FEMA or Natl Guard or US Marshalls or
harbormaster etc
