one of the huge problems in USA public safety agencies nowadays is
that the commanders really dont know how to use radios - they think it
is as simple as using a cellphone - so invariably, when shtf, radio
comms go right down the drain - and no one ever does an honest after
action review - so nothing ever gets fixed
anyone who speaks up about the problems gets fired or killed or
harassed or something - because obviously nothing ever gets fixed -
just listen to the radio tapes - its blatantly obvious
we need to invent a computer game - "Rolling For Bonks" - the pervs
oughta buy into that big time
