seems that low band is still in use
and some other channels are also used - but no accurate overt info is given
guessing - it seems that - MSP medevac helios are dispatched via
telephone from their bases - flight following is maybe done on low
band or TRS - air to ground is done on maybe 700 mhz simplex or some
other channels - medevac to hospital comms might be mostly via
cellphone or sat phone or something or not at all - private medevacs
just do inter facility transfers - which seems weird as hell
considering how many there are in the area
