rest are in the lower 48 - typically they respond with 3 firefighters

pretty sure that each of the 25 helitack "programs" has 1 helo and 1
base - except that maybe the 7 in alaska just operate out of 3 bases -
anchorage + fairbanks + ?
ca has 2 - 1 in apple valley near san bernardino - 1 near susanville -
oregon has vale and ? burns + ? lakeview - idaho has boise + ?
pocatello - montana has ? fort howe + ? - arizona has 1 near phoenix
to west and 1 at kingman maybe - nm maybe has albuquerque + ? roswell
+ ? portales - nevada has las vegas and winnemucca and maybe elko -
las vegas is joint ship with nps and usfs iirc
usfs has helitack ships also - as does nps and bia - even fish and
wildlife has 1 or 2 iirc (maybe florida)
