WOMEN IN THE MILITARY Conscription for both men and women in #Norway,

#Ukraine (photo) and #Germany. The big issue is finding people with
the wide range of skills for the modern high tech military of today.
Women have these skills as well as men. Naturally they all have to
pass the same physical tests, but the range of skills required are
things like the ability to communicate. to adapt to change, to solve
