just watched the hearing again - 4 days ago the state gave the
defense 400 to 500 pages of evidence - and today the state gave the
defense a thumbnail - defense has no idea whats on the thumbnail -
alan jackson guessed that the state would take 3 to 4 weeks to present
its case - and defense would take 2 weeks to present the defense
lots of sucking of wind and sighing by ADA Lally today - no sighs from
Judge though
