downgraded per EMS dispatcher - P5 is cancelled
0216 AM - E41 asks for a better location - CPR in progress per FD

what did we learn? boston ems dispatchers have no clue about where
their units are located nor their availability - initially A15 was
sent from ?Dock Square? in downtown - but A20 luckily heard the call
and jumped it
what else did we learn? the CAD probably has no clue if either
Brighton Ave or Brayton Rd are legitimate addresses - the EMS
dispatcher certainly had no clue that it was actually a gas station -
or didnt even think about it - "Unit 1" indicates a housing unit
usually - not a gas station
what more did we learn? Boston 911 has a huge problem with sending
units to wrong addresses - this has been going on for 10 or 20 years
now imho - of course no one gives a rats ass because no oligarchs are
involved
there is a good possibility that the calltaker did not ask for a cross
street - which would of course confuse the hell out of 99% of Boston
911 callers - or maybe not - just guessing - BFD and BEMS seldom if
ever mention cross streets on the radio - BFD does give a nearest box
for each run
there is a 99.99999% chance that the calltaker misheard the address -
or the person who put the address in the CAD misheard the address -
but you would never expect a caller to say 98 Brighton Ave vs 98
Brayton Road for the address
