The clip is from a comedy YouTube user by the name of Filthy Frank,
who is now a musician known as Joji, and he is playing a character.
The clip in that video is from part of a greenscreen template video he
did. His channel was full of edgy commentary and dark humor and
everyone who watched his videos is aware that his content is not
supposed to be taken seriously. The only person in the wrong here is
the person who edited that into a video meant for kids.
