Massachusetts SG license / MN SOA freqs

https://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/licenseFreqSum.jsp?licKey=2838874&pageNumToReturn=1

2 watt portables at 700 mhz and 800 mhz

--------------------------------------

typically - what I see across the USA is these 769 and 774 Mhz freqs
licensed as 2 watt mobiles

but you can also see freqs at 799 and 804 mhz on this license

not sure what this all means - perhaps some MO3 are involved - with
the 799 Mhz and 804 Mhz freqs intended to be input channels to MO3
that transmit on the 769 Mhz and 774 Mhz freqs

but there might be nothing stopping any state from using all of the
freqs as HT only freqs

these freqs do seemed to be used nationwide - but they are not listed
in the NIFOG - Radio Ref has them listed as itinerant - I suspect they
might have different names in different states - Minnesota calls them
SOA freqs (scene of action)

I wonder if anyone has put together a list of the different channel
names that have been applied to these freqs in the various states?
(maybe I should just look at my spreadsheet and see what jumps out)
